1. LANDSCAPING LABORERS
We are looking for experienced landscape laborers who understand each job phase from start to finish. We need help with all the services we offer. The job is full-time year-round. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Weekends off.
✅ 1 week paid vacation & holidays after a year.
✅ We also offer insurance, medical, dental & vision after six months.
WE DO NOT DO ANY LAWN MAINTENANCE. We are an installation company.
Must have a valid driver’s license. Experience driving a truck and trailer is a plus but not a must. Any equipment experience, including Bobcat / Dingo, is a huge plus.
HIRING NOW! Starting pay is $16 per hour and up, depending on experience.
2. LANDSCAPE DESIGN ESTIMATOR

We are searching for people with landscape estimating and design experience who want to join a family-owned business with extensive growth opportunities.
The position is full-time all year, Monday-Friday 8-4:30 during the day, with weekends and holidays off.

✅ Drive to potential customers (homeowners/businesses) and quote them an estimate on the design based on the products and services they need. WE DO NOT PROVIDE LAWN CARE OR LAWN MAINTENANCE SERVICES.

𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐇𝐚𝐯𝐞:
⭐ A minimum of 1-2 years of experience writing landscape estimates for the above services. Lawn mowing or lawn maintenance is NOT needed for this position.
⭐ Knowledge of Landscape Design and hardscapes and familiarity with the materials we use to create our designs and final products are essential. Familiarity with Belgard, SiteOne, and or Techo-bloc products is a plus.
⭐ Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
⭐ Upselling and familiarity with 3D Pro Landscape Design software are a plus but not required.

3. FULL TIME DRIVERS
HIRING IMMEDIATELY
WE ARE IN NEED OF A DRIVERS ASAP.
Elite Coastal Landscaping is looking for drivers to pick up and deliver landscape materials to and from job sites. Once a job is complete, any leftover materials need to be cleaned up so the job site is clean.
You MUST have a clean driving record and be able to drive a pickup truck with a trailer.
The starting pay is $16 per hour. Monday through Friday 7:30- 4:30 with weekends off
4. LANDSCAPE CREW LEADER
We are hiring for a Landscape Crew Leader ASAP.
As a landscape crew leader, you will work alongside and manage a team of landscapers, and installers ensuring that landscape projects are completed efficiently and to high standards. You will play a critical role in ensuring that landscaping projects run smoothly, and efficiently, and meet or exceed client expectations.
Responsibilities include:
✅ Lead crews of team members and oversee assigned installation & maintenance jobs ensuring that all work performed is done to the highest standard, on time, and to budget.
✅ Will value teamwork, and will have a positive and upbeat attitude.
✅ Work with crew members to complete residential and commercial projects.
✅ Ensure that the team has the necessary tools and materials to accomplish projects.
✅ Manage time, productivity, and material record keeping.
✅ Provide consistent and timely communication with customers, team members, and managers.
✅ Ensure adherence to plans and quality of work. Promote safety, performance, and well-being of all crews.
✅ Perform general landscape installation, including mulch, rock, planting and transplanting, irrigation, and drainage.
1-2 years experience working with these types of installations. MUST have a valid driver’s license and clean record, which can be discussed at the interview.
Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., with weekends off. Starting pay is $18 per hour. After one year, you will receive one week of paid vacation, including paid holidays.
We also offer compensation towards insurance.
5. WAREHOUSE MANAGER
We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Manager.
The Warehouse Operations Manager is responsible for the operations at our warehouse to ensure that all incoming and outgoing inventory is processed according to schedule. The right candidate will be familiar with the materials and equipment we use and be able to drive a Dingo and Bobcat.
This position requires excellent organizational skills and experience working in a warehouse.
Job Duties:
✅ Oversee all aspects of the warehouse, ensuring its efficient operation and troubleshooting problems as necessary. This role oversees shipping and receiving operations. The warehouse must stay clean and organized at all times.
✅ Oversee all receiving materials and put away all in-bound products in an organized manner for quick access.
✅ Oversee all returns, packing, and loading tasks, ensuring proper put-away, loading sequences, and required efficiency levels are maintained.
✅ Set up and monitored all replenishment tasks daily and worked alongside the ordering department on all materials.
✅ Responsible for reporting and investigating damage to equipment, products, and facilities throughout the warehouse.
✅ Coordinate the repair and service of equipment and vehicles as necessary.
✅ Ensure adherence to policies and safety procedures.
✅ Develops and maintains business relationships with third-party vendors, ensuring communication and efficient operations.
✅ Other duties, as assigned by the jobholder’s supervisor, may also be required.

Excellent supervisory and interpersonal skills.
Thorough understanding of how a warehouse operates with past warehouse experience.
Thorough understanding of applicable federal, state, local, and company safety policies.
